Students Showcase Talents at 2026 Festival of the Arts
Regis students showcased their creativity last week during the annual Festival of the Arts.
The festival began on Wednesday with a visual-arts gallery of student work. Wednesday also saw performances by the Chamber Music Club, String Orchestra Club, Jazz Club, and Orchestra, as well as the debut of original pieces composed by students in the Junior Music Performance Club. The festival continued on Thursday with electronic music and screenings of student-produced short films. The festival concluded on Friday evening with performances by the Glee Club, Rock Music Club, and Senior R&B Group, as well as the annual Senior Showcase featuring members of the Regis Repertory, including student performers from other local schools.
"The Festival of the Arts is Regis’s yearly celebration of the creative work that students have made during the school year," said art teacher Ms. Robyn Prezioso. "The arts continue to provide an outlet for Regians to explore their creative endeavors alongside their academic studies. Our students are talented in many ways, and the arts allow them to tap into their emotional connection with humanity."
