Search Committee

Regis has assembled a diverse-by-design Search Committee that includes faculty and staff; men and women; Jesuit and lay people; people of color; members of at least three generations; and varied domain experts:

Lee Chua
Lee is the Chair of the Regis Math Department, former Faculty Council Officer, and a long-standing member of the Regis Board's Education & Mission Committee. She has taught at Regis since September 2004, and previously taught at St. Peter's Prep.
William Crosby, Esq '86, P'19
Bill is Senior Vice President, Associate General Counsel, and Managing Attorney at Interpublic Group. Bill also served on the Student Support Resources Committee for the Race at Regis initiative.
Shannon Dey
Shannon is the Dean of English Language Arts for REACH and teaches in the Regis English Department. Prior to Regis, Shannon taught English at Woodlands High School in the Milwaukee area.
Tara Kinsey, PhD.
Tara is the Head of School (i.e., President) of Hewitt, a K-12 all-girls school on E. 75th Street. She has taught at Peddie School, Emory, Oxford, Georgetown, and Princeton.
Marselys Lucero
Marselys, who joined the staff in September 2019, serves in the Campus Ministry Office as Director of Social Justice Initiatives. He possesses a deep background in Jesuit spirituality and previously has worked at the Diocese of Sacramento, St. Ignatius College Preparatory in San Francisco, and Santa Clara University.
Tom Massaro, SJ '79 (Chair)
A member of the Board of Trustees, Tom also chairs Regis' Education & Mission Committee and is a Professor of Ethics and Moral Theology at Fordham University
