Regis Ultimate features one team with members from all four years and competes in DiscNY’s High School Ultimate League against other private and public schools from the New York City area. The team had competed against other schools since 2013 as a club sport, twice finishing in the top five teams in the city and reaching the semi-finals of the NY State Championship in 2015. In 2018, Regis granted the team Varsity status, and the team seeks to compete at even higher levels going forward.

Tryouts for the team are held early in the third trimester. Once a team is chosen, practices and games run from March to May, and the State Championship tournament is held at the end of May in upstate NY. Games and practices are generally held either on Randall’s Island, Thomas Jefferson Park in Manhattan, or Van Cortlandt Park in the Bronx.
